  4. Recipients are responsible for making contact with Claire to book in their consultation and give permission for functional testing arrangements. 

  5. Vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser within 24 hours of order. Physical vouchers (if requested) will be dispatched by post within 2-5 working days.

  6. Nutritional Therapy consultations are conducted in professional privacy. The original purchaser does not have the right to request access to functional tests or consultation details.

  7. Recipients must be over the age of 18.

  8. Vouchers are fully refundable to the original purchaser within 10 days, assuming the recipient has not activated the voucher.
